Fox Pen Tract – 80 Acres

Description

Rustic cabin, heritage oaks and planted pines welcomes you to the Fox Pen Tract.  The Fox Pen Tract has is conveniently located just north of Interstate 65 and has 44 acres of loblolly pines planted in 2009 and 22 acres of longleaf pines planted in 2003.  The remainder of the property is a campsite with a one-room cabin, surrounded by heritage oaks and hardwood bottoms.  There is power and a well at the camp.

Southwest Alabama: Atmore, AL is 23 miles to the southwest.  Evergreen is 32 miles to the northeast.  Mobile, AL is 70 miles to the southwest. Pensacola, FL is 66 miles to the south.

Access:
From Exit 69 on Interstate 65 (Flomaton/ Barnett Crossroads Exit) take Escambia County Road 17 north for 5.2 miles and the Fox Pen Tract will be on the right.
