Grover Weekley Tract – 88 Acres

Situated at the end of a county paved road sits the Grover Weekley Tract that is loaded with planted pines ready to thin and hardwood bottoms.  There are 40 acres of loblolly pines that were planted in 2004 and are ready to be thinned.  There are 23.2 acres of good hardwood timber with a nice creek running through the woods.  There are 18.4 acres of natural regenerated pines and hardwoods that provide good cover for the deer.  This tract has a nice spot to build a pond or lake and is great for hunting deer and turkey.

Southwest Alabama: Atmore, AL is 11 miles to the east.   Bay Minette is 14 miles to the west.   Mobile, AL is 47.5 miles to the southwest. Pensacola, FL is 62 miles to the south.

Access:
From the Courthouse Square in Bay Minette take Highway 31 east 9.9 miles and turn left onto McLain Road.  In ½ of a mile turn left to stay on McLain Road and The Grover Weekley Tract will be on the left in .2 miles.
