Description
This is a property that seems a lot bigger than it is. It has its share of mature hardwoods with some pine mix near the road frontage. There is about 1,100 feet of paved road frontage and about 1,500 of creek frontage on the back of the property. This property is in the county, but is in between Ozark and Newton.
This is an ideal place near Fort Rucker and Ozark to build one’s home. This would also make a great recreational retreat with lots of deer sign and creek frontage.
