From Luverne, take Hwy 331 1.8 miles to Hwy 10. Turn left and go 3.2 miles to Co Rd 77, turn left. Go 3.2 miles to Co Rd 1 and turn right. Go .7 mile and turn left onto Little Horse Creek Road. Go 1 mile and the deeded easement will be on your left.
