This property has several attributes that makes it a must see. It is off the road and private. There is a branch that runs strong and crystal clear through the tract and into the West Fork Choctawhatchee. The river frontage is nearly 300 feet and is very fishable. There are several good spots to make crossings or build a pond if you so choose on the branch running through the property. There are some very good mature hardwoods around much of the perimeter and along the branch. Much of the other timber on the south end is pine.  This property has a deeded easement going back to it. I have personally canoed and fished this stretch in years past. You can run a small outboard through a lot of this section of river until its low during dry spells. This is choice place to camp by the river or in the mature hardwoods along Bakey Branch that runs through the property. Deer, turkey, and small game hunting is good here as well. This property needs some food plots put in to take it to the next level.  There are existing large cleared areas that just need to be planted.
